There seems to be a problem with the Glock 34. The silencer highlights, but there ain't no slot for it.

LAR 47 7.62x39 rifle can take a 5.56mm Rifle Suppressor.

RRA LAR-40 Car A3 (.40S&W) stock collapsed (as it apears in shops) Damage listed as 2523-5657 or stock extended 16 -56.

I'm seeing a lot of 5.56mm AK platform weapons before any 5.45mm. Feels odd. Worse is that they all take plastic AK 5.56mm magazines which aren't available for individual purchase.

Well, 5.56 does seem to be slightly more common as ammo than 5.45, unless there's been a serious rebalance. Have you tried checking the distributors in Cali-Can?

One more glitch: If one attatches a silencer to a Olympic Arms K23 it floats in front of the muzzle.

Well, 5.56 does seem to be slightly more common as ammo than 5.45, unless there's been a serious rebalance. Have you tried checking the distributors in Cali-Can?

It's just that in our world, and previous versions of Blue Sun, you'd see AKS 74U, AK 74, AKS 74 and AK 74M before any 5.56N version of AK's because country's making them in 5.56N for export is a "relatively" new thing. Before, we had to wait for the AK 100s' to show up and I think we're still waiting for that level of progression before individual mags show up. I'm currently at cgl 7 I think I could buy 5.56N AKs (not 100 series) at cgl 6 or maybe even cgl 5. I have only obtained 2 from slaver encounters or the like, both Zastavas' one the AKS74U varient.

How does everyone feel about the OPFORs loadouts?  I like that allmost any weapon ever made now is available for players to purchase at shops, but I'm thinking a bit more uniformity in the equipage of actual troops might not be better, or atleast more realistic. Also officers, snipers, and SAW/LMG gunners= sidearms yes, run of the mill riflemen= side arms no. Some guys even have had three weapons.

  1. Extract the contents of the update to the main folder of the game and overwrite if asked.
  2. Go to the Optional_Textures folder and take a look at the images and select any optional textures you want to use, just follow the instructions on the preview images.
  3. Go to the Main Game Folder/RenderedItems/ and delete everything on the entire folder.

for the weapon holding it's a little more complicated, changing to use foregrip or even applying a optical sight can change the entire aiming position of the weapon, i tried adjusting the aug to not clip in the shoulder, but then it holds it too close to the face without looking at the sights, im gonna need more time to test how to correct these aiming positions


for the 5.56 AKs most of the ones i added are on the same stat range of 5.45, however both show up at almost the same levels, its just that there isn't many 5.45 AK variants so they spawn more rarely


the 5.56 AK Mag i forgot to change its levels on the shop, they are on a higher level than other magazines because only few 5.56 AKs were in the game before, however i dont want to change it anymore since it would probably require a new game for it to work, so sadly for the first levels it will be necessary to scavenge, or you can try to get the magazine from 5.56 AKs at the shop, by dragging it to your inventory, equipping it with a magazine you have, and then dragging the other one to your inventory, then right click the weapon and detach magazine to get your previous one back, you can close the shop and do this again for as many mags as you want since the mag will show up again when you reopen the shop


as for the high variety of weapons used by armies, i realized that it was unrealistic since armies usually have standard rifles and such, but i thought that would be a little boring to see the same weapon all the time, so i gave them a lot of variety regardless of realism


as for sidearms, i think the enemies are now much better having a sidearm, i had a lot of times they try to shoot me with their sidearm instead of just running around when injured, PDWs were added to some machine gunners and snipers, for them to have a more powerful weapon for backup, which they do use if they are injured, most rifleman have just pistols, though some do have PDWs

thanx for the MOD =) i like it

but... when any enemy is above (in house, on those small ladders)game freezes and crashes

LOG just in case =) is it due to new MOD or just mine game rubbish ;)??

this is especially Bonny and clyde mission - when i want to kill all them in house. any killed one causes crash

well...its just a mission =)..but anyways - why is this?

that is not from the mod, i had an issue in santa maria that had a log like yours, it was caused by a knife that was in the ground when i first entered the sector, and the enemies were trying to get it during the battle, if i tried to pick up the knife before or even after the battle, the game would crash since the AI apparently was still trying to get it, even dead, im not sure if yours is caused by this, but i suggest you try to solve the quest peacefully or make sure there are no items in the ground before the battle is started, if you pick up any item before the battle, leave santa maria and enter it again, this fixed it for me allowing me to pick up the knife and start the battle when i entered the second time

the thing is that my files are from the English patch of the BSM installation, i think that is your issue, i ran into an issue with the 9x21mm ammo when i was changing artrigo inventories, crazymurder try extracting these files to your main game folder:

it goes into the main folder of the game, but that seems to be working correctly since you can see the new weapons, im afraid i dont know the cause of the problems you are having, where are you installing the game? are you installing it in Program Files? maybe your firewall is blocking some files of the game?
